What to pack in your wrestling bags
- wrestling shoes
- socks
- headgear
- mouthguard
- uniform ( if you aren’t wearing it )
- water bottle
- healthy snacks
- hand sanitizer
- body wipes
- fingernail clippers
Admission
You will have to pay an admission fee for non-wrestlers at each meet. Most tournaments will have concessions but you can usually bring your own cooler / food. Wrestlers will stay with the team and coaches on the floor / mats. Parents are to remain in the stands.
Wrestler Nail & Skin Checks
Wrestlers will have their fingernails checked for proper length and skin checked for any issues at every meet. Fingernail clippers in your wrestling bag can be very handy if their nails are flagged.
